Due to the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), we’ve had to temporarily close our doors the past few months. During these trying times, we’ve truly appreciated all of your patience and support, and want you to know that we’re taking this situation seriously.
As we look to reopen our doors, there are precautions we’ll be putting into place throughout our office to ensure the safety of our team and our customers. We’ve come up with procedures that will work to protect the health of all involved, while allowing you to obtain your passport or visa in-time for any upcoming travels with peace of mind. Know that we’re doing all we can to keep you safe when you walk into our office.
Here are some of the precautions we’re taking to ensure you that you’re safe with Swift:
Hygiene
- Our staff will be wearing masks while they’re in the office.
- We are wiping down the public areas with a bleach solution numerous times throughout the day, every single day.
- Our computers and keyboards that are available to the public are disinfected after each use.
Complementary Health Supplies
- We will have sanitizing stations for your use as your enter and leave our office.
- We’re providing our customers with masks (so please, wear one!).
Social Distancing
- We’re following social distancing measures by asking customers and employees to stay six feet apart.
- Only 4 customers will be allowed inside of our lobby at a time.
Limiting Occupancy
- We will be allowing a limited amount of people in our office at any given time.
- One person per party should enter our office at a time.
Curbside Service
- Our curbside pickup service allows us to serve you while also following social distancing rules.
- You can call us when you arrive, we’ll come out to your car to pick up any documents from you, and repeat the same process over again once you come to pick up your completed documents.

Safe Package Handling
- We will be disinfecting all packages coming in or out of our office.
- Any documents that are returned to you will be sanitized and in safe and secure packaging.
