One of the best countries to visit with kids is Costa Rica. It’s full of exotic wildlife and stunning scenery, and we are certain that your entire family will be in awe of how beautiful this country is. Though there are endless things to do while in Costa Rica, some of our favorite family-friendly activities include hiking the Arenal Volcano, ziplining at the Arenal Ecoglide Park, spending the day at Manuel Antonio National Park, admiring beautiful waterfalls at La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park, and tasting the local dishes arroz con leche (rice pudding) and tamal.

If you and your family are ready to take a deep dive into history while on your trip, you’re going to want to head to Boston. This charming city will teach you and your family all about American history, and can even present you with some information that you maybe didn’t learn in school. Though there are numerous historical activities to take part in while in Boston, some of our favorites include walking the Freedom Trail, visiting the Boston Common, spending the day at the Museum of Fine Arts, checking out the Paul Revere House, and exploring the Bunker Hill Monument and Museum.
