Swift Passport & Visa Services
This website is for RSA partners only, please do not share this link with your customers!
Welcome RSA!
Whether you are new to Swift, or have years of experience working with our team, you will need to register a new account as of August 2024. Accounts created before this date are no longer valid. Your new account will take 1 business day to be approved. Once it is approved, you can begin placing orders.
Ready to Get Started?
There are two ways to partner with Swift. You can refer your travelers to Swift and let our team do the work, or you can help your traveler directly (which means you will work with your traveler from start to finish to get their passport). To get started, please choose the type of service you would like to provide below:
Option One
-
You will receive a $75 commission if the traveler places an order.
-
You just need to make an introduction to our service.
-
No expertise is required to use this option.
-
Let our experts manage the order from start to finish.
Option Two
-
You will place the order, managing and supporting the traveler in preparing all documents.
-
If you have time to familiarize yourself and your team with the passport application process, you can become an expert and work directly with travelers needing expedited passports.
-
You can price your service however you like, which means you may have a greater profit per service than you would with option one.
Profit & Pricing Potential for Option Two
All mail store partners receive a 40% discount off Swift’s Service Fee. This does not include government fees and return shipping.
3 to 4 Day: $599 discounted to $359
6 to 8 Day: $379 discounted to $227
10 Day: $349 discounted to $209
Please keep in mind that to turn a profit, you’ll need to charge travelers a service fee that is higher than what Swift charges you. For guidance, refer to our Updateable Mailstore Pricing Sign, which includes suggested fees for your customers—you’re welcome to adjust these prices as needed. This video will demonstrate how to achieve profitability.

Ordering Process Terms & Conditions
**This ordering process is for your store and its staff only. Do not share this page and discounts with your customers. Doing so will be cause for immediate removal from the program**
- Your store gets to dictate the prices that you charge your customers. The pricing that is available to your store is the cost to you or your store for using our service. You will need to charge your customer. Please refer to the pricing details in your Partnership Agreement.
- To place an order and receive the proper pricing, you must log into the Swift website with your username and password. Once you are logged into your account, you will be able to receive your partner benefit on any new orders you place with us.
- To order the appropriate service for your customer, follow the prompts from the top navigation “US Passport Guide”, select the option you feel is correct for your client. There will be a short qualifying questionnaire that you will need to complete each time you place an order. This is very important to complete accurately as this will determine what passport instructions the applicant will need to follow. This is the MOST EFFECTIVE way to determine what type of passport they are applying for.
- When you place your order, a list of required application materials will populate AND be emailed to you. These instructions should be followed exactly, for each order. When you log into your account, you are able to see the appropriate instructions for each traveler you have placed an order for. DO NOT ASSUME two orders are the same.
- There is a $100 cancellation fee if you place an order, and then cancel it. There are no exceptions. There is a abbreviated checklist of application materials for each passport service Swift offers in your Partnership Agreement. You should be familiar with these checklists before you start placing orders so you are never “surprised” by what you will need to perform the service.
- Your Partnership Agreement has clear instructions regarding inbound and outbound shipping.
- Your email address will receive status updates on the progress of your order. If there are any issues regarding the application, you will be contacted by email.
- Your store gets to dictate the prices that you charge your customers. The pricing that is available to your store is the cost to you or your store for using our service. You will need to charge your customer. Please refer to the pricing details in your Partnership Agreement.
