US citizens staying in Niue for thirty days or less do not need a visa, just a valid passport that is valid at least 6 months beyond thier intended stay. Proof of onward travel may be required upon arrival. When you leave, there is a departure tax, so make sure to have around $40 in cash when leaving.  For recent travel requirement changes and more detailed information, please refer to the State Department website. If your purpose of travel is something other than tourism or business, please fill out the Research Request Form.  Swift will determine whether or not you need a visa, and will email you instructions if you do require a visa.
