Proof of Departure

    The U.S. Passport Agency requires that you provide proof of travel, proving that you need a passport on an urgent basis.

    • Official flight itinerary, or
    • Typed and signed form letter Here is a sample letter of intent. 
    • Oversimplified letters and itineraries are not sufficient.
    • For Swift’s fastest service, proof of travel must be in 17 days or less from the time we receive your paperwork.
    • For all other services, proof of travel needs to be in 6 weeks or less.
    • Many Acceptance agents require proof of travel in 2 weeks or less, you may want to call ahead to confirm your proof of travel will be sufficient
