The traveler’s name must be exactly the same as it is listed in the passport, and the invite must specifically request the type of visa you are requesting. If your Business Letter displays letterhead containing your company’s headquarters and you work remotely in a different region/jurisdiction of the US, you may need to provide an additional letter explaining that you are an employee that works from home or remotely. This letter should include where you work remotely and an explanation of where your company is based versus where your home office is located. Please make sure this letter is signed and contains your contact information.
